Lake Arrowhead Mountain Rentals was founded by Carly Pepin and Amar Virk, who turned their inspiration for travel into a thriving business. Carly grew up in Los Angeles and visited Lake Arrowhead since childhood, she wanted to offer others the same experiences she cherished. They purchased a home in Lake Arrowhead and built a successful short-term rental (STR) business around it.
Since then, they have expanded the business to manage other quality vacation rentals on the mountain, helping homeowners generate income from their stylish properties. Lake Arrowhead is a unique and vibrant vacation destination, and Carly and Amar, SuperHosts on Airbnb and Premier Hosts on VRBO, ensures that each property is well-managed and meets high standards for guest experiences.
